The exterior is incredible dichroic glass with a matte finish with exciting wavy lines that make the dichroic layers very dynamic on the exterior. The interior object cell is filled with dichroic lamp worked glass pieces by Peggy Kittelson. The 2 mirror has a wide angle that creates a gorgeous 5 point star image. With the wider angle, more detail of the lamp worked pieces is visible within the mandala. Peggy and Steve sign this kaleidoscope by etching into the black acrylic on the end of the eyepiece.
