Stained Glass Kaleidoscope, "Pod 2 in Red" 2015 By Artist Charles Karadimos. This is a wonderful new series of work By Charles in 2015 Called the K Pod Series # 2. This # 2 series is made to lay down and rest on its two feet skilfully created during the slumping glass stage. These are similar to his previous cone series (1985 to 2013)but slightly shorter.

Dimensions of the K pod series is approx 5 3/4 inches tall by 2 1/2 inches at its widest point. the eye opening is approx 1 1/8 inches long. The object cell is approx 1 5/8 inches in diameter.

The exterior is constructed out of beautiful light blue Streaky stained glass that has been slumped to form the two sides and then joined together in traditional stained glass copper foil techniques.

The object cell is filled with Charles beautiful hand lamp worked and specially made and twisted glass pieces over the hot torch.
