Stained Glass Kaleidoscopes, "Galaxy" Dichroic Glass 3 Point Image By Steve and Peggy Kittelson. This extraordinary kaleidoscope showcases the glass skills of Peggy and Steve. The exterior is incredible dichroic glass with a matte finish with exciting lines that make the dichroic layers very dynamic on the exterior. The interior object cell is filled with dichroic lampworked glass pieces by Peggy Kittelson. The 2 mirror has a narrow angle that creates a gorgeous 9 point star image. With the wider angle, more detail of the lampworked pieces is visible within the mandala. Peggy and Steve sign this kaleidoscope by etching into the black acrylic on the end of the eyepiece. Dimensions are approx 10 1/2 inches long by 2 3/8 inches in diameter. Walnut stand is approx 7 inches long by 2 1/2 inches wide with black suede lining and cork feet. Optional brass engraved plate is also available for an additional fee. The suggested brass plate dimensions are 5 3/4 inches by 1 inch tall.
