We are so excited to offer this unique vintage kaleidoscope from Judith Karalitz! At more than 30 years old, the “Swirl Mirror Polarized” collectable kaleidoscope does have a faded exterior tube casing and condition issues to the tin. However, the kaleidoscope itself is in wonderful, great condition. A must-have for any collector, this piece is a Kara Scope Signature Edition.The purple-colored cardboard exterior is simple but appealing, with a unique turning object case can turn the object cell as well as rotate the mirror system. The unique Swirl mirror system is unique to Judith Karalitz kaleidoscopes. the inside Mylar inside the barrel produces a variety of interesting geometric images inside.

While we feel almost any kaleidoscope can be a collectible kaleidoscope, this vintage kaleidoscope is highly prized by collectors. It is indeed original it has appreciated due in part to its rarity, artist biography, and a patented process for polarization in a kaleidoscope.

The kaleidoscopes themselves are in really nice condition their exterior sleeves show some wear from storage.
