Vintage Kaleidoscopes, " Monarch in Cherry and Brass" Era 1986 By Van Cort Instrument Makers.

Wonderful precise mirror system and in excellent condition for a 1986 Era Kaleidoscope. There is only minor brass tarnishing and only an area where the cherry veneer at the barrel where the seam meets underneath that there is a bit of Veneer Buckling but not noticeable while on display I only noticed this when I turned it over to inspect.
