Returns, Exchanges & Privacy Policy

We understand that not everything will always meet your expectations. To return or exchange any kaleidoscope, feel free to ship it back to us, and we will do what we can to make it right.

Return Policy

  • 30 Day Return Policy (less S&H). Orders placed in November have an extended 60 Day Return Policy due to Christmas orders.

  • Items with Brass Plate or Laser Engraving may not be returned.

Return Instructions
Please carefully double box any kaleidoscopes, insure them through your shipper, and enclose a copy of your packing slip or a short note with your contact information. Ship or mail returns to:

Important Notes

  • No prior authorization is needed. We do not send out RMA codes.

  • You have 30 days to review any item. If not completely satisfied, return the item for a refund of the price of the item. Shipping is not refunded.

  • On items where free shipping was given, a $10.00 fee will be withheld from the purchase price to cover such shipping expenses.

  • All returnable items must be returned in original condition with all original packaging.

Exclusions

  • Engraved items such as those with Brass Plate or Laser Engraving cannot be returned.

  • Custom kaleidoscopes such as custom Big Jazzies cannot be returned.

  • Gift wrap, once selected and performed, is also a non-returnable service.

We will promptly credit the original credit card for the purchase price of the kaleidoscope. We cannot issue credits for shipping costs as those are services that have already been completed.
