Returns, Exchanges & Privacy Policy

We understand that not everything will always meet your expectations. If you need to return or exchange a kaleidoscope, simply ship it back to us and we will do our best to make it right.

RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Policy (shipping and handling not refunded).
Orders placed in November qualify for an extended 60-Day Return Policy due to Christmas orders.

Items with Brass Plate or Laser Engraving may not be returned.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please carefully double-box any kaleidoscopes, insure them through your shipper, and include a copy of your packing slip or a short note with your contact information. Ship returns to:

IMPORTANT NOTES

No prior authorization is required. We do not issue RMA numbers.

You have 30 days from receipt to review your item. If you are not completely satisfied, return the item for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable.

On orders where free shipping was provided, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping expenses.

All returnable items must be returned in original condition and include all original packaging.

EXCLUSIONS

Engraved items, including those with Brass Plate or Laser Engraving, are not returnable.

Custom kaleidoscopes, including custom Big Jazzies, are not returnable.

Gift wrap services, once completed, are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued promptly to the original credit card used for purchase. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, as these services have already been completed.
