Refund policy

We understand that not every purchase will always meet your expectations. If you need to return or exchange a kaleidoscope, simply ship it back to us and we will do our best to make it right.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, excluding shipping and handling. Orders placed in November qualify for an extended 60-day return period due to Christmas orders. Items that include a brass plate or laser engraving are not eligible for return.

Return Instructions
Please carefully double-box all kaleidoscopes and insure them through your shipping provider. Include a copy of your packing slip or a brief note with your contact information. Returns should be shipped to:

Important Notes
No prior authorization is required, and we do not issue RMA numbers. You have 30 days to review your item, and if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund of the item price. Shipping costs are not refundable. For orders that originally received free shipping, a $10.00 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping expenses. All returnable items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.

Exclusions
Engraved items, including those with brass plates or laser engraving, cannot be returned. Gift wrapping services, once selected and performed, are also non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card for the purchase price of the kaleidoscope. Shipping charges cannot be refunded, as these services have already been completed.
